David Ossip, Chairman and CEO of Ceridian, is a transformational technology leader and serial entrepreneur. Previously, he founded Dayforce – a highly successful SaaS-based workforce management company – which was acquired by Ceridian in 2012. He is the driving force behind the innovation, vision and leadership at Ceridian, one of the fastest growing global human capital management (HCM) Cloud technology companies. Ceridian’s brand promise, Makes Work Life BetterTM, is a promise to deliver innovative technology that helps companies better engage and manage their employees.
Dayforce, Ceridian’s modern, scalable Cloud platform, has grown at an annual compounded rate of 58 percent since 2012, and Ceridian now serves 3700 customers. In 2018, Ceridian went public on the TSX and NYSE.
David is the recipient of many awards for his leadership, including the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and a nationally awarded Special Citation for Technology Innovation. David was also named to Canada’s Top 40 under 40. In 2017, David was awarded Canada’s Most Admired CEO for Transformational Leadership by Waterstone Human Capital. David has also been named as one of the Highest Rated CEOs by Glassdoor.

Leagh Turner is responsible for daily operations and driving revenue world-wide while overseeing a leadership team that includes R&D, Sales, Marketing, the Global Customer Office, and Information Technology. She is passionate about helping customers reach new and sustainable heights, and fosters a trusted advisor culture across the organization.
A seasoned global technology executive with a career in the software industry, prior to joining Ceridian in August 2018, Leagh served in many senior leadership roles at SAP including Global Chief Operating Officer for their Strategic Customer Program, as well as Chief Operating Officer in EMEA, and Canada prior to that. She also held sales leadership positions at MicroStrategy and Oracle and began her career in sales at Xerox.
A strong advocate for the advancement of women in leadership, Leagh has been recognized twice by Women’s Executive Network on their Canada’s 100 Most Powerful Women list, and is a board member of Plan International Canada, a global not-for-profit that focuses on improving lives of children around the world.
Leagh is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.
As Chief Customer Officer, Chris Armstrong is responsible for overall customer experience and satisfaction through his leadership of the Global Customer Office (GCO), a team that comprises Services, Support, and Customer Relationship Executives. Collaborating closely with Sales, the GCO’s prime directive is to ensure a seamless experience and maximum value for customers throughout their entire lifecycle with Ceridian.
Chris joined Ceridian in 2004, and since then has held several commercial and operational leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer where he oversaw operations, customer support and information technology globally. His experience with Ceridian has provided him with a well-rounded understanding of the HCM Marketplace and accurate perspective on specific customer needs. Chris’ involvement in building Ceridian’s customer support team has been instrumental in the overall success of the organization and its reputation for customer service excellence.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University, has been active in the United Way, and twice served as the organization’s National Chair.
Arthur Gitajn is Chief Financial Officer at Ceridian. He is responsible for the company’s global financial strategy, financial planning, and reporting and analysis, as well as tax, treasury, purchasing, and investor relations.
Arthur has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting and is a Sells award winning CPA. Prior to joining Ceridian in October 2016, he served in senior financial management positions at SAP in Canada and Europe. Arthur has also served as CFO of Workbrain and Intentia.
Arthur earned a M.S. in Accounting from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He also has an Institute of Corporate Directors designation from the Directors Education Program at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
As CTO, Ozzie Goldschmied leads all Research and Development and Product Management functions at Ceridian. He is focused on best practices, excellence, and innovation in product delivery. He has led the design and development of Dayforce, the award-winning single application for human capital management.
Ozzie has extensive experience developing human capital management applications coupled with deep analytical financial data applications. Prior to Ceridian, Ozzie was a founding member of Dayforce and Senior Vice President of Engineering.
Prior to Dayforce, Ozzie held a number of senior Research and Development positions at Infor, Workbrain, Sybase, Longview Solutions, and Syndesis where he was responsible for the design and development of robust, highly scalable applications.
Ozzie holds an honors Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Scott Kitching is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Ceridian, responsible for the management of all legal affairs for the company. Scott joined Ceridian in 2003 as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Ceridian’s Canadian affiliate, Ceridian Canada Ltd., and was appointed Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Ceridian HCM, Inc. in 2013.
In his role as General Counsel, Scott oversees a team of lawyers and legal staff, responsible for the negotiation of customer, third party supplier and vendor contracts, litigation management, intellectual property matters, corporate governance, compliance, enterprise risk, employment law and all other legal areas. As a member of Ceridian's executive leadership team, Scott also plays an active role in Ceridian's overall management and the business affairs and strategic direction of the company.
Prior to joining Ceridian, Scott practiced business law with one of Winnipeg's largest law firms, with an emphasis on sales and acquisitions, financing, insolvency / receivership and commercial leasing.
Scott was a sessional instructor in the area of Business Law for the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba for many years. He also served on the executive of the Business Law Subsection of the Manitoba Bar Association. He received his LL.B. from the University of Manitoba in 1994, and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1995.
As Chief Value Officer, Bill Crawford leads the functional teams whose prime objective is to intensify the company’s value proposition in the HCM market across the globe. He is focused on expanding Ceridian’s global network of system integrators, deepening the function of the Customer Relationship Executive organization, and refining Ceridian’s brand through image, voice, and strategic events.
Bill has significant experience designing organizations that enable sustainable growth and scalability. He joined ADP in 1998, and held a series of roles overseeing operations and channel development.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration of Management from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.
Warren Perlman is the Chief Information Officer at Ceridian. He is responsible for the organization’s global information technology requirements and leads the design, delivery, and management of Ceridian’s technology infrastructure. Additionally, he supports and helps grow Ceridian’s business with IT excellence to ensure compliance, protection, and security for all data. Warren’s strategic initiatives prioritize performance, scalability, and responsiveness for the company and customers focused on improved service delivery, self-service capabilities and agile business models for cloud solutions.
Warren was previously co-founder and vice president of infrastructure and compliance at Dayforce. Prior to that, Warren was a co-founder of Workbrain, where he held several positions in senior management. With over 16 years of industry experience, Warren has held leadership roles at a variety of leading technology companies.
Warren attended York University in Toronto.
Steve Holdridge, a key member of Ceridian’s Global Customer Office, oversees the complete Services function – from sales and staffing to delivery and operations – while evolving and driving the strategic direction forward. Steve and his team are responsible for delivering a seamless integrated experience for the customer, and ensuring they fully realize the value of Ceridian on their business.
A proven, customer-focused executive in the enterprise software business, prior to Ceridian, Steve held global leadership roles with notable enterprise software firms. At MicroStrategy, he was a corporate officer and led worldwide services, and before that, held various senior services leadership positions with Infor Global, including head of Americas, Global Accounts and the Global Delivery team. At Oracle, Steve served as General Manager of the Government, Healthcare, and Education Services division, and was senior manager at Price Waterhouse.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic in San Luis Obispo, CA. He is also member of the TSIA (Technology Services Industry Association) Executive Advisory board.
Justine Janssen leads Ceridian’s strategic programs, overseeing the research, development and execution of critical growth initiatives around the globe. She collaborates cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, and Services teams to ensure Ceridian’s successful entry into new and innovative spaces.
Justine joined Ceridian by way of Dayforce, where she helped scale the platform from a tech startup into the leading global human capital management solution it is today. She also managed Ceridian’s 2018 IPO, the largest-ever technology IPO in Canada. Prior to joining Dayforce in 2011, Justine worked as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman, where she led organizational change and growth strategy projects for Fortune 1000 companies.
Justine is Chair of the Board for Ceridian Cares Canada, an employee-driven charity supporting those in need in local communities, and serves as a board member for WEtech Alliance and Entegrus Powerlines. A champion of women in STEM, Justine acts as an advisor to #movethedial, and Build a Dream. In 2019 Justine was named one of Canada’s “Top 40 Under 40” and as one of Canada’s “Top 100 Most Powerful Women.”
Justine has an Honors Business Administration Degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
As the Managing Director of Ceridian’s Mauritius business, Vidia Mooneegan is responsible for the region’s profitability, direction, and customer-related activities. He leads teams dedicated to sales and operations, and works closely with businesses throughout Mauritius, leveraging the entire Ceridian ecosystem to ensure their success.
Vidia joined Ceridian in 2007 as Senior Vice President of the region, and has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in the U.S., Canada, UK, Europe and South Africa. Prior to Ceridian, Vidia was Managing Director of TNT Document Services, serving customers in the UK and mainland Europe. He also worked at Arthur Andersen & Co. in London, UK, and began his career at Schlumberger Oilfield Services in Cambridge, UK.
He holds a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Aston University in Birmingham, England, and has participated in a senior executive program at Harvard Business School. Vidia’s contributions to the IT industry in Mauritius have been recognized by several award-granting organizations including CEO Global Africa and the British Computer Society, and he is a leader in the IT and business communities as chair of the Fintech Task Force, and board member of the Mauritius Artificial Intelligence Council, among other posts.
Stephen Moore is the Executive Director of Ceridian’s Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) business. He is responsible for all customer operations, empowering people and organisations to work together more efficiently and use business insights more effectively to stay ahead of the competition.
He joined Ceridian in 2019 after an eight-year career with SAP, most recently as the Executive Director for ANZ during a period of sustained transformation. Steve has held a range of senior executive positions across the APJ region, including Managing Director roles at Unisys and Lawson Software, General Manager at Fujitsu Consulting, and led the Services business for PeopleSoft. Common to all his roles is a sustained customer focus, team leadership, and driving significant business growth.
A graduate of the Master of Information Technology program at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, Steve also holds degrees in Economic History and Public Administration, and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. A recognized CSR leader, he has sponsored several ground-breaking initiatives, and is particularly passionate about driving the advancement of the social enterprise sector and empowering disadvantaged young people.
Elena Osso is responsible for establishing and driving business operations globally across marketing, services, customer loyalty, and sales, including demand management, forecasting, planning, and go-to-market.
She joined Ceridian in 2019 after 13 years at SAP, mostly recently working in the company’s Global Strategic Customer Program (SCP), a collective of top multinational accounts and some of the world’s best-known brands. As Global Vice President, Business Operations for SCP, Elena managed all operations including annual planning, sales excellence, and incentive compensation. Prior to that, she held a series of operations and finance leadership roles for SAP’s Canada and North America businesses, including Vice President of Sales Operations and Vice President of Services Sales Operations.
Her career trajectory has also included leadership roles central to finance and strategic planning for software and technology firms including 724 Solutions, MetroNet (acquired by AT&T) and EDS Canada (acquired by HP).
She received her MBA from York University’s Schulich School of Business, and holds an undergraduate degree from Queen’s University in Economics and Sociology.
As Global Head of Marketing, Brendan Reid is responsible for Ceridian’s global marketing strategy, brand initiatives, product marketing, customer acquisition and partner marketing functions. In his role, he is focused on driving brand awareness, growing market share, and building customer advocacy across the global markets Ceridian serves. Brendan brings deep industry expertise and a commitment to delivering value to customers, ensuring employers can thrive using technologies like Dayforce.
During his over 20 year marketing career, Brendan has held leadership roles at several prominent technology companies, most recently as VP Marketing for Desire2learn. He is also an accomplished author and blogger focusing on careers, leadership, and marketing topics.
Brendan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mount Allison University in New Brunswick.
Ross Tracey is the Managing Director at Ceridian Europe. He is responsible for Ceridian operations in Europe, including services and customer support.
Ross, who joined Ceridian in 2009, became Chief Technology Officer for Ceridian UK in 2011. In this role, he oversaw UK R&D, Implementation, and Information Technology and was accountable for bringing Dayforce to Ceridian’s UK customers.
Prior to joining Ceridian, Ross worked at Bluerock Consulting and KPMG where he provided technology consultancy to leading organizations in the financial services sector. He holds a BSC in Psychology and a post graduate diploma in Information Technology from City, University of London.
A key figure in Ceridian’s global expansion, Steve Weintraub is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive strategies to enter new markets and establishing global payroll partner networks. Steve collaborates with teams across the business to develop and drive strategies and the company’s expansion ambitions forward.
Within a year of joining Ceridian in June 2018 as Vice President of Professional Services, Steve stepped into the role of Senior Vice President of Global Implementation and Professional Services to lead a team of implementation and support experts.
Prior to Ceridian, Steve was President of NGA Human Resources’ North America business, and before that, held a series of services leadership posts across the company’s Americas regions. He has led global and regional delivery teams for IBM, and has been a member of HR and service management teams at Essilor of America, Accenture HR Consulting, and Celanese.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
Erik Zimmer has extensive experience in finance, operations, innovation, sales, and strategy. Prior to joining Ceridian, Erik served as a managing director of Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P., and as an operating advisor for numerous Fortune 1000 organizations. Since 2011, Erik has acted as a strategic advisor of Ceridian, and had deep involvement in the design and build of our Dayforce Activate technology that led to a significant reduction in implementation cycle times for our customers.
Erik received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. He received his Master of Engineering (MEng), Design and Operations Management degree from McCormick School of Engineering, Northwestern University, and his MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
